Local Government Delegation Visits Our MCT Oil Production Base in Dongying

We are pleased to share that a delegation of local government leaders recently visited our MCT oil production base in the Yellow River Delta Agricultural High-tech Industrial Demonstration Zone, Dongying, Shandong. The group toured the finished-goods warehouse, the esterification and distillation workshops, the raw material tank farm and the quality control laboratory, and reviewed our product display and quality documentation. For buyers of MCT oil and fatty acid esters evaluating new suppliers, the visit is a useful window into how the plant is run — and why it keeps passing external scrutiny.

The tour: from drum warehouse to distillation column

The visit began in the finished-goods warehouse, where pallets of 190 kg blue steel drums stand wrapped and ready for export. Warehouse discipline is the first thing any experienced buyer looks at: floor markings, segregated storage areas, drum labels carrying batch numbers that link each drum to its certificate of analysis. The delegation walked the same route our customers walk during on-site audits.

From there the group moved into the production hall, where esterification and refining lines run behind the green safety walkways. The delegation observed the process flow from raw material intake through reaction, refining and filtration — the same closed, standardized flow that produces every batch of our MCT oil, GTCC/ODO and fatty acid esters.

The distillation section drew particular attention. Molecular distillation and fractionation columns are what allow the plant to hit tight C8:C10 ratio windows — including the pure C8 glyceryl trioctanoate grade with 96.6% C8:0 measured on a recent batch. The leaders paused here to discuss capacity, energy efficiency and the plant's ongoing equipment upgrades.

The raw material tank farm followed: large insulated storage tanks (C109–C112 in the photos) that give the plant the buffer stock needed to keep lead times short for bulk orders.

Safety, standards and product display

In the display area, the delegation reviewed boards covering safety management, process standards and quality control procedures, alongside samples of the plant's product family — MCT oil, MCT micro-encapsulated powder (50% and 70% load), and the fatty acid ester series. The conversation centered on food and pharmaceutical grade compliance, export documentation and the plant's certification portfolio: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HACCP, Kosher, HALAL and FDA registration.
