Shandong Nametai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) and fatty acid esters located in the Yellow River Delta Agricultural High-tech Zone, Dongying, Shandong, China, with an annual capacity of 10,000 tonnes across a 5,220 m² production facility.
We produce MCT oil from certified food-grade palm and coconut oil through natural oil esterification followed by molecular distillation and high-efficiency separation. This combination removes off-flavours and impurities while keeping a clean, bland-tasting oil with excellent oxidative stability. Production lines run esterification, molecular distillation and separation as separate controlled stages, supported by mature biocatalysis and enzyme-engineering platforms for specialty esters.
Every batch is released against a full specification. In-house QC tests fatty acid profile (GC), acid value, peroxide value, moisture and impurities on each lot, with heavy metals and microbiology tested to food grade requirements. Retained samples are kept for full batch traceability.
Standard packing: 190 kg steel drums (bulk), 25 kg plastic drums (small lots) and 20 kg pails (samples/trials), palletized and shrink-wrapped for sea freight. Full export documentation is provided with every shipment: COA, MSDS, certificate of origin, health certificate and Halal/Kosher certificates as required.
Custom C8:C10 ratios (60:40, 70:30), custom specifications, private-label microencapsulated MCT powder (50% / 70% load) and flexible MOQ are available for food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications.

The minimum order quantity is 1 kg for MCT Oil, MCT Powder and Specialty Esters. Regular orders: 7 days to port of departure. Samples: within 7 days to the port of departure, depending on sample quantity. OEM / custom orders: within 30 days from the order date.
Samples are available in 1 kg or 20 kg quantities, and sample quantities can also be customized according to customer requirements.
Bulk shipments can be arranged with four drums per pallet, stretch-wrapped for container loading.
