MCT Powder

Spray-dried MCT powders made at the same Dongying plant as our MCT oil, for dry blending and beverage applications. The range covers MCT 70% microencapsulated powder, high-load MCT powder, ketogenic MCT powder, powdered medium-chain triglycerides (C8) and a pet-grade microcapsule powder. All are free-flowing and low-dust powders suited to sachets, capsules, powder blends and ready-to-drink formats; actual dispersion performance is confirmed by formulation and sample trial for each application. A batch COA is provided with every shipment; TDS / MSDS supply and pack sizes are confirmed by grade and order. Samples on request. How to choose an MCT powder grade — oil load (the share of MCT oil carried in the powder, e.g. 70%) and C8 share (caprylic acid as a percentage of total fatty acids in the oil) are two different parameters: a 70% oil-load powder is not automatically a C8-rich powder.

Oil load — match the target oil load of your formulation.
Oil profile inside — confirm the C8:C10 ratio or pure-C8 grade of the MCT oil used.
Wall system & allergens — the standard formulation listed on the 70% grade page contains milk-derived caseinate; other grades and custom formulations are subject to their respective specification sheets, see MCT powder carriers, allergens and labelling.
Application format — capsules, sachets, powder blends, ready-to-drink or pet nutrition.

Oil load. Both 50 % and 70 % oil-load grades are supplied; the wall system, oil profile and release specification are confirmed per grade and order — ask for the specification sheet of the grade you need before formulating.

Commercial Terms

The minimum order quantity is 1 kg for MCT Oil, MCT Powder and Specialty Esters. Regular orders: 7 days to port of departure. Samples: within 7 days to the port of departure, depending on sample quantity. OEM / custom orders: within 30 days from the order date.

OEM / ODM services are available. Samples are available in 1 kg or 20 kg quantities, and sample quantities can also be customized according to customer requirements.
